Company Secretary with responsibility for ensuring the Company meets its statutory requirements with regard to shareholders, financial reporting, health and safety, and employment. Ann has been qualified as a Certified Accountant for over 20 years and is particularly experienced in working for SMEs. She also runs a part-time accountancy practice alongside her part-time role at Mitchells. She is keen to develop further the use of new technology to improve current reporting procedures.
