Location 
The property is located 2 miles South West of the village of Kirkbride and 5 miles North East of the market town, Wigton, approximately 15 miles West of the city of Carlisle and the M6 motorway. On the West side of the land there is a saltmarsh which is bordered by the estuary of river Waver and the Solway Coast.
