Susan Southward joined the Department in May 2015 as Land Agent working alongside Ian Wood. Prior to joining Mitchells Susan worked for Edwin Thompson surveyors at Keswick having qualified from Harper Adams University in 2005 and qualifying as a RICS Chartered Surveyor in 2009.
Home is on the family farm at Waberthwaite, an ideal location from which to head up the department’s growing presence in south-west Cumbria. Aside from traditional land agency Susan specialises in sales, landlord and tenant, compensation and valuation work.
Susan has over a decade of post qualification experience, which along with a keen eye for detail ensure exemplary service to Mitchell’s clients.
