She prides herself on being approachable, diplomatic and discerning in dealing with employees.
Elaine breadth of experience covers HR, Financial Management, Health and Safety and Operational delivery. She has worked for both multi national and small to medium size companies but thrives on working within a company that has the Family feel culture.
