The top price of £151.50 was paid for a Texel Lamb from GS Bell, New House, Flimby purchased by Wilson Butchers, Main Street, Egremont. Others to £148.50 for Texels from Messrs Lawson, Hundith Hill, Cockermouth purchased by W Lindsay & Sons, Butchers, Station St, Cockermouth. Top per kilo was 288.5ppk again for Texels from Messrs Lawson, Hundith Hill.
