On Wednesday 7th June 2023, Mitchells Livestock Centre, Cockermouth held their weekly sale of primestock comprising of 55 cast cows and 1 prime bull, prime sheep including 222 prime hoggs, 240 cast ewes and rams and 285 Spring Lambs.
Cast Cows sold to another barn scorching trade. With dairy cows being seen to be the dearest ever.
