Today we held our opening show and sale of 1014 store lambs. With our Judge Matthew Clark, Harrot Hill having 14 lovely pens of lambs to judge. The sale was kindly sponsored by Dugdale Nutrition.
Champion pen of lambs were the Blue texels shown and bred by JB Stephenson, Punderland which later sold for £110 and purchased by the judge.
Reserve honours were the pen of texels from Tony Roper, Rienfontein which made £100.
Lambs were seen to be fresh and healthy throughout the sale. With a very pleasing ring of buyers which in turn made prices strong. A sale average of £80.77.
