The annual show & sale of Lakeland suckler calves had a fantastic run of calves forward to full ringside of local and travelled buyers with all vendors leaving with a smile on their face after todays trading. The sale topped at £1840 for an outstanding blue heifer from J & E Nichol. Bullocks sold to £1650 for a Limousin from W Atkinson & Son Demesne Farm. Bulls sold for £1440 from J Hodgson Woodend.
