Within our quarterly Antiques & Fine Art Sales our ceramics and glass department boast a wide and varied range of principally British and European porcelain, pottery and glass. Within each sale you will find examples of fine porcelain from prestigious factories such as Meissen, Sevres, Worcester, Derby, Wedgwood and many others including local pottery produced in nearby Whitehaven and Workington. There’s also something for the modern look enthusiast too, with factories such as Moorcroft, Shelley, Poole and others well represented in each sale. Within the glassware you’ll not only find traditional examples of 18th century drinking glasses, decanters and jugs but also 20th century studio glassware from Whitefriars, Lalique, Baccarat and Waterford, plus designer led glassware from Scandinavia.
