A Wootons rotary desk, patented, walnut, the rectangular top with three part gilt tooled leather writing surface, with moulded edge above three frieze drawers with brass drop handles, incised and in the aesthetic style, each integral pedestal modelled as a cupboard but rotating to reveal on the left a series of pullout drawers and on the right a series of pigeonholes, the centre kneehole drawer with hinging writing surface, the whole raised on a plinth base.
