On Wednesday 31st October 2018 Mitchells Livestock Centre, Cockermouth held their weekly sale of primestock with 53 cattle comprising 34 cull cattle and 19 prime bulls and clean cattle, 2238 prime sheep including 1379 lambs and 859 cast ewes and rams. The Annual Fellman’s Gather of 5,000 store lambs was a sight to behold filling the auction with good doing lambs from throughout the Lake District.
