A mahogany longcase clock, 19th century, having a drumhead top with carved foliate pediment, the silvered dial with subsidiary seconds and date dials, with eight day movement, on an inverted tapering trunk with foliate corbals and raised on short bracket feet, 209 cm high (see illustration).

A mahogany grandmother clock, 20th century, the arched brass dial with ship automaton above a silvered chapter ring and subsidiary seconds dial, retailed by Harrods of London, with eight day movement, the hood with brass ball finial, the case with boxwood stringing. Overall height 190 cm.
